Blush is my newest makeup obsession! I’m enamored with all of the fun, new colors and formulations. All of this innovation and creativity has me super excited for spring.
Blush just has the power to make you look healthy and well rested. What mama doesn’t want that? Bring on the sunshine and pink cheeks, y’all!

Let me tell you that these next three blushes are amazing for so many reasons. They all have a few things in common. One. The formulas are so easy to use. A blush brush or a finger tip is all you need. Two. Each one has a versatile color that just screams SPRING! Three. All of them make you look healthy and glowey without any sparkle or shimmer.
Without further adieu, here are the 3 best blushes for spring:
Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Blush in South-Bound

The Look: Dewy, fresh and slightly sunkissed. This is the most natural and versatile of the bunch. Think Jennifer Aniston relaxing by the pool!
Formula: Cream. Can also be used on lips and eyes
Color: Southbound. a warm peachy-pink (I can see this looking amazing on just about any fair to medium skin tone)
Staying Power: Stays put all day, but might need a fresh coat if you are headed out for an evening date at the brewery or outdoor concert.
Build-ability: Go ahead and layer! This formula goes on sheer to medium but can be built up for sure.

Bobbi Brown Blush in Pretty Pink

The Look: Youthful and classic. Think Princess Kate on her wedding day. (Fun fact: she actually used this same product in the shade Pale Pink on her big day!)
Formula: Powder. Matte finish
Color: Pretty Pink. A warm pale pink (this one would really pop on fair to medium skin tones.)
Staying Power: Stays all day, but may need a fresh swipe later in the evening.
Build-ability: This powder formula is great for layering.

Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in Happy

The Look: This Allure Best of Beauty Award winner is so. much. fun. I can see this as a bold statement on Priyanka Chopra Jonas as she has brunch somewhere impeccably chic.
Formula: Liquid, Dewy finish
Color: Happy. Bright Cool Pink (this product is so pigmented that I believe it could work on almost all skin tones)
Staying Power: This is pretty long lasting but the dewy formula might require reapplication if you have oily skin.
Build-ability: Go for it girl, but trust me when I tell you that just a dab will do ya!

A look behind the scenes….
